These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all business transactions, services, and product deliveries offered by Pokhila Enterprise Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013. By purchasing materials or availing our services, you agree to these Terms.
All prices are subject to market fluctuations. Quotations provided are valid only for the duration specified. Final billing may vary based on material availability, transport charges, taxes, and site conditions.
Orders must be confirmed in writing or via authorized communication channels. Delivery timelines depend on stock availability, transportation conditions, and weather factors. Delays caused by external factors (strikes, natural calamities, etc.) are not our responsibility.
Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or cash. Advance payment may be required for certain materials or project tasks. All bills must be cleared before final handover.
Pokhila Enterprise Private Limited shall not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, accidents, roadblocks, labour strikes, government restrictions, or any situation beyond our control.
Material defects must be reported immediately upon delivery. Manufacturing defects are covered under respective manufacturer warranties, not by the company.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Assam, India.
