Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Material Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled once materials are dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations before dispatch, administrative charges may be applied.

2. Refund for Material Supply

Refunds are only applicable if:

• The delivered materials are damaged
• The materials received do not match the confirmed order

All refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Construction / Contracting Projects

Advance payments are non-refundable once project execution has started. If a customer cancels work before commencement, partial administrative deduction may apply.

4. Refund Procedure

• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only
• Processing time: 7–10 business days
• Supporting documents or photos may be required for verification

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for delays caused due to weather, strikes, roadblocks, or other unavoidable circumstances.
